Drawing on his twenty-five years of experience in both the business and the post-secondary education field, Paul offers sound job search and career advice. Paul knows what it takes to create a strong foundation for job search success and career advancement. He worked as a coop education student advisor at the University of Waterloo for over ten years supporting students in employment strategy and career advice. Paul has also worked as a Career Coach for clients in a variety of other sectors including; finance, oil & gas, healthcare, manufacturing and small business.

Some of the coaching topics Paul has expertise in include; career visioning and advancement, resume and cover letter writing, effective networking strategies, job interview practice and tips, interpersonal communications, work-life balance, time-management and advanced job search strategies.
