Quinn is an accomplished, energetic, well-organized leader with a strong background in SaaS based customer service, people management, process management and implementation expertise in the talent management, payroll and human capital management spaces. Realizing that Many organizations struggle with HR data silos, disconnected technologies, and manual processes, Quinn’s expertise in Talent Management software can be of assistance to your HR team during the scoping and implementation phases of a Talent Management System migration or new implementation project. Quinn realizes that Talent is the driving force behind an organization’s success and that workplaces everywhere are facing an increasing complex and a consistently changing landscape in their efforts to acquire, retain and develop the talent they need to keep their organizations running efficiently and effectively. Quinn can help you and your staff attain these goals. He’s skilled in training teams to managing a wide variety of implementation projects for small to international clients.
Quinn has worked in the telecommunication, payroll and HR software industries and continues his education in project management and human resources. Quinn attended York University and majored in psychology and kinesiology.
Quinn is an active member of several sports teams, committees and programs and coaches minor hockey and baseball. He is active in the running community, partaking in several charity runs in the GTA/Central Ontario. In 2016, he assisted the technical team helping to organize TOM* Toronto Men’s Fashion Week. He has a boy and girl and is very dedicated to his time as a father.
